Kids hanging out of cars is always good. Drunken dudes wandering through busy streets is also good. Keep impressing me, Korean road safety!
Oh, reminds of the stupendous incident that went down a couple of weeks ago where I found myself running across the street to literally pull a 3-year old on a big wheels out of a crowded main road, complete with buses whipping by on a blind corner. Countless Koreans walked by the kid - cuz why get involved, right? The dad, drunk, stumbled out of a less-than reputable establishment a few minutes later, ignored me and started to yell at the kid. True story. Awesome, keep it up!
