It's an armored personnel carrier actually, parked outside the American embassy in Seoul. I had to use a bit of subterfuge to get a pic, as I've heard tales of folks getting pulled inside and questioned after pointing cameras at the embassy.  It'd be amusing to see the crowd-control cow-catcher in action, sweeping aside protesting hippies like no one's business.  Yeeee-haaaaaw!
