Neck meat

I really wanted to take Resolute out to get some pig spine soup, or raw pheasant liver (just for the sake of it), but it wasn't in the cards. Instead, I introduced him to Korean food in the form of the triangle tuna kimbap, and some neck meat (mok sal) at the newspaper place. He liked it. He's back in Oz now, and it was surreal having him on Jeju. We talked about old times a lot, as we tend to do.

  2. Actually it sorta means 'neck fats'. Man, we used to eat the shit out those Provi-Soir MEATS. We'd buy a pack o meats, a pack o buns, and a pack o cheese, and go to town. And a big drink. And a then for a while we ate the shite outta those chickensaladsamiches, until they started frontloading them, the cunts.
