Beef this time. Tasty, and it had way less of a gross texture than the pheasant liver. Life on Jeju continues to be humid and dream-like, for better or worse. The grey weather and the grind seem to be wearing folks down, and vacations are rare and sorely-needed. People pass the time. I stare at glowing screens way too much. Can't wait for the winds of September. I'm nearing my 9th month in Jeju, and the 4-year anniversary of my bright-eyed and bushy-tailed arrival in Asia was last month.
