Are good to eat. The pig spine soup was tasty tasty, and there is a surprising amount of meat on a spine. The horse was gamey, but decent. I've had horse before, by accident, in Belgium. 'Bicky Burger', who knew. Unfortunately, the horse meal, how shall I say this...was at a full gallop on the way out.
