Pig spines/miscellaneous parts






Told those pigs I'd see them soon, they haven't learned a thing from this blog. I've mentioned pig spine soup (gamjatang) before, but I'll say it again: good eats, especially when you throw the rice n seaweed in at the end (bokumbap). Also good, but a bit harder to take is the random pig parts soup (soondaegukbap). Can you spot Cobain sharing a well-worn 'restaurant' with crusty local olds pounding their morning guts n soj?
