Totally gross-sounding

Went birding on Saturday with my Korean birding buddy, and we ate at some famous seaside shack run by Jeju's iconic Haenyo woman divers.  We had 'Hwae kuksu', which is spicy noodles and raw fish.  Wow holy crap wow!  It was good.  I don't usually do back-flips over raw fish, but this stuff was super insane good.  Even the side dishes were awesome.  Yum.  As for the other dish - well let's just say that I am never, ever, ever, ever going to eat that.  What a vile and crappy-sounding dish!  In other food-related news, I have a (non-exploding) Big Mac in my fridge. Tomorrow's breakfast is shaping up to be the best ever.
