Pesticide Ghostbusters Guy

 
Everyone in Korea knows this guy - he roams around cranking out pesticide clouds that waft into your apartment and make you feel ill.  It's Pesticide Ghostbusters Guy!  He needs a good fuckin' kick in the nuts.
