Wasted Korean dude driving

  Chillin' down in Yeosu's harbor the other night, we saw this guy stumble down the street towards us.  It took him the better part of 15 minutes to travel a block.  He was shit-hammered, and kept dropping his keys and smokes.  Keys and smokes, smokes and keys.  When he got to where we were sitting, we were stunned when he got into his van, and started her up.  He sat there, passing out in his running van for a few minutes, until he finally decided he was awake enough to drive.  Really, he wasn't though.  He executed the worst u-turn in the history of Earth, before almost clipping some garbage cans and a parked car.  I wonder if he made it home, but don't care if he didn't.
